Creation of a new build Restaurant in the historic and listed Ruins of the Balaclava Powder Mill. Part of the existing ruins were incorporated into the new restaurant, consisting:  

• 60 seat Fine Dining Restaurant
• 20 seat Conference Room in original stable building
